Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase on PaySaw. If you’re not satisfied, our refund and return process is simple, transparent, and secure.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described. Digital services, wallet transactions, or travel bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are exempt from return or refund:

  • Digital wallet top-ups or transfers
  • ERP or SaaS-based services
  • Tickets and travel packages once confirmed
  • Products marked “Final Sale”

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are credited back to your PaySaw Wallet or original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your wallet balance or card, depending on your original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return an item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
